Service eligibility
Patients from 18 to 70 years old must be referred by a GP based on the below FIB4 blood test results and below criteria:
- Under 65 years – 1.3 – 3.25
- 65 to 70 years – 2.0 – 3.25
- Patients with a BMI of over 40
- Type 2 diabetic patients
- Harmful alcohol consumption patients (more than 35 units a week in women or 50 units a week in men)
Service exclusion
- Patients outside of the Mid Hampshire locality
- Under 18’s
- Patients on a palliative care register
